This SMS Privacy Policy describes how Blue Collar Coding LLC, operating as DispatchDeck ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information related to our Fleet Notifications SMS program — operational messages sent from your employer’s DispatchDeck-provisioned tenant number to dispatchers, drivers, and crew. DispatchDeck is a product of Blue Collar Coding LLC (1109 6th St E, Williston, ND 58801). This Policy supplements our general Privacy Policy.
Note: DispatchDeck’s Sales & Support SMS program (messages from +1 (830) 406-4458 to prospects, trial users, and customers who opt in at dispatchdeck.app/sms-program.html) is a separate program governed by the Sales & Support SMS Privacy Policy. This Policy does not cover that program.
Information We Collect
When you are enrolled in our SMS program, we collect:
- Your mobile phone number
- Your opt-in consent and date
- Messages you send to us (such as STOP or HELP)
- Message delivery status
How We Use Your Information
We use your mobile number solely to send you operational notifications related to your work, including:
- Job assignments and schedule updates
- Delivery and signature requests

Information Sharing
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may share your information only:
- With your employer/fleet administrator who enrolled you
- With our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely to deliver messages
- When required by law
Opting Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may also contact your fleet administrator to be removed from the notification list.

Data Retention
We retain your phone number and opt-in status for as long as you are enrolled in the program or as required by law. Message logs are retained for 90 days for troubleshooting purposes.
