We use your mobile number solely to send you operational notifications related to your work, including:

- Delivery and signature requests
- Vehicle inspection reminders
- Maintenance task notifications
- Time-off request updates
Information Sharing
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may share your information only:
- With your employer/fleet administrator who enrolled you
- With our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely to deliver messages
- When required by law
Opting Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may also contact your fleet administrator to be removed from the notification list.

Data Retention
We retain your phone number and opt-in status for as long as you are enrolled in the program or as required by law. Message logs are retained for 90 days for troubleshooting purposes.
