This Privacy Policy describes how Blue Collar Coding LLC, operating as DispatchDeck (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information related to our Sales & Support SMS program. DispatchDeck is a product of Blue Collar Coding LLC (1109 6th Ave E, Williston, ND 58801). This Policy supplements our general Privacy Policy.

Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies only to the DispatchDeck Sales & Support SMS program (messages sent from +1 (830) 406-4458 after you opt in at dispatchdeck.app/sms-program.html).

DispatchDeck also operates a separate Fleet Notifications SMS program for dispatchers, drivers, and crew inside customer fleets. That program is governed by the DispatchDeck Fleet Notifications SMS Privacy Policy, not this Policy.

Opting Out

You can opt out of this SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message from +1 (830) 406-4458. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not affect your DispatchDeck account or your ability to use the platform.

Data Retention

We retain your phone number and opt-in record for as long as you are opted in to the program, and for a reasonable period after opt-out to document consent history and honor suppression lists as required by law. Message logs are retained for 90 days for troubleshooting purposes.

Security

Opt-in records are stored in Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud) with access restricted to authorized DispatchDeck staff. Messages in transit are handled by Twilio under industry-standard encryption.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information for this program by emailing support@dispatchdeck.app. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
