This Privacy Policy describes how Blue Collar Coding LLC, operating as DispatchDeck (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information related to our Sales & Support SMS program. DispatchDeck is a product of Blue Collar Coding LLC (1109 6th Ave E, Williston, ND 58801). This Policy supplements our general Privacy Policy.

Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies only to the DispatchDeck Sales & Support SMS program (messages sent from +1 (830) 406-4458 after you opt in at dispatchdeck.app/sms-program.html).

DispatchDeck also operates a separate Fleet Notifications SMS program for dispatchers, drivers, and crew inside customer fleets. That program is governed by the DispatchDeck Fleet Notifications SMS Privacy Policy, not this Policy.

Information We Collect

When you submit the opt-in form for this program, we collect:

Your name and mobile phone number (required)
Your email address and company name (optional)
Your opt-in consent, including the exact consent text you agreed to
The date and time of opt-in
The IP address from which you submitted the form
Messages you send to us (such as STOP, HELP, or replies to our messages)
Message delivery status from our SMS provider

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for this program solely to:

Send you the sales follow-ups, support replies, and product updates you opted in to receive
Respond to questions or requests you send us via SMS
Maintain a record of your consent to comply with TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier requirements
Honor opt-out requests and suppress your number from future messaging
Troubleshoot delivery issues

Information Sharing

      We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
    

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share your information only:

With our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering messages to you
When required by law or valid legal process

Opting Out

You can opt out of this SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message from +1 (830) 406-4458. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not affect your DispatchDeck account or your ability to use the platform.

Data Retention

We retain your phone number and opt-in record for as long as you are opted in to the program, and for a reasonable period after opt-out to document consent history and honor suppression lists as required by law. Message logs are retained for 90 days for troubleshooting purposes.

Security

Opt-in records are stored in Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud) with access restricted to authorized DispatchDeck staff. Messages in transit are handled by Twilio under industry-standard encryption.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information for this program by emailing support@dispatchdeck.app. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
