Sales & Support SMS Terms and Conditions

DispatchDeck is a product of Blue Collar Coding LLC (1109 6th Ave E, Williston, ND 58801). References to “DispatchDeck,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms mean Blue Collar Coding LLC operating the DispatchDeck Sales & Support SMS program.

Scope of These Terms

These Terms cover only the DispatchDeck Sales & Support SMS program, which sends sales follow-ups, support replies, and product updates from +1 (830) 406-4458 to prospects, trial users, and customers who have submitted the opt-in form at dispatchdeck.app/sms-program.html.

DispatchDeck also operates a separate Fleet Notifications SMS program for dispatchers, drivers, and crew inside customer fleets. That program uses tenant-specific phone numbers and is governed by the DispatchDeck Fleet Notifications SMS Terms, not these Terms.

You are enrolled in this program only when you explicitly opt in by submitting the form at dispatchdeck.app/sms-program.html with the consent checkbox checked. No other enrollment method is used for this program.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to use, sign up for, or access any DispatchDeck product or service. You can use DispatchDeck in full without opting in to these messages. Opting out at any time (by replying STOP) will not affect your access to the DispatchDeck platform or your account.

We do not enroll any phone number in this program from inferred consent, verbal consent, third-party lists, purchased lists, or employer-provided rosters. The web form is the sole opt-in mechanism for this program.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your relationship with DispatchDeck. Typical frequency is 2–6 messages per month per opted-in user. You may occasionally receive additional messages in response to a question you sent us.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan. DispatchDeck is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving messages from this program at any time:

You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Opting out of this program does not affect your DispatchDeck account or your ability to use the platform.

6. Privacy

Your phone number and messaging data for this program are handled in accordance with our Sales & Support SMS Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Your phone number is shared only with our SMS service provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering messages.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier’s network and coverage. We cannot guarantee delivery of any specific message.

8. Supported Carriers

SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carrier support may vary for international numbers.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued receipt of messages after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
