DispatchDeck is a product of Blue Collar Coding LLC (1109 6th Ave E, Williston, ND 58801). References to "DispatchDeck," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms mean Blue Collar Coding LLC operating the DispatchDeck SMS program.

1. Program Description

DispatchDeck Fleet Notifications is an SMS messaging service operated by Blue Collar Coding LLC that enables fleet managers to communicate with drivers and team members. Messages may include:

Dispatch schedules and job assignments
Schedule changes and updates
Safety alerts and notifications
Maintenance reminders
Time-off request updates
Other operational communications

2. Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number to your employer or fleet manager through DispatchDeck, you consent to receive SMS messages related to fleet operations and your work assignments from your employer’s DispatchDeck-provisioned tenant number.

Consent for this Fleet Notifications program is obtained when:

You are added to your employer’s company roster in DispatchDeck with your phone number
You provide your phone number during driver onboarding at your employer
You verbally consent to receive dispatch notifications during a phone call with your employer or dispatcher

Note: Sales, support, and product-update text messages from DispatchDeck itself (sent from +1 (830) 406-4458) are a separate program with a separate web-form opt-in at dispatchdeck.app/sms-program.html, governed by the Sales & Support SMS Terms. These Terms do not cover that program.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to use, sign up for, or access any DispatchDeck product or service. You can use DispatchDeck in full without opting in to SMS. Opting out of SMS at any time (by replying STOP) will not affect your access to the DispatchDeck platform or your account.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your company's dispatch activity. You may receive:

1-10 messages per day during active dispatch periods
Fewer messages during slower periods
Immediate alerts for schedule changes or safety issues

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan. DispatchDeck is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time:

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.

You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Note that opting out may affect your ability to receive time-sensitive dispatch information.

5. Privacy

Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will not share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network and coverage. We cannot guarantee delivery of any specific message. Important communications should be confirmed through alternative means when possible.

7. Supported Carriers

SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carrier support may vary for international numbers.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
