DispatchDeck is a product of Blue Collar Coding LLC (1109 6th Ave E, Williston, ND 58801). References to "DispatchDeck," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms mean Blue Collar Coding LLC operating the DispatchDeck SMS program.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to use, sign up for, or access any DispatchDeck product or service. You can use DispatchDeck in full without opting in to SMS. Opting out of SMS at any time (by replying STOP) will not affect your access to the DispatchDeck platform or your account.
