Will I lose my carriers if they like DispatchDeck more than they like me?
The Partner Agreement has explicit non-solicitation language. DispatchDeck does not sell directly to your partner-managed carriers. The platform handles software; you handle strategy, audit prep, FMCSA filings, and the relationship. Your value-add is yours to charge for separately.
What's my liability when my carriers' driver data flows through the portal?
The Data Processing Addendum (DPA) governs your access to driver personal data in the portal. Standard processor terms: DispatchDeck owns Firestore security and access logging. Your obligations are the usual processor obligations — primarily, don't export the data to unauthorized third parties.
How do I actually get paid?
You set up a Stripe Connect Express account (~10 minutes — bank info plus W-9). Stripe handles KYC and files your 1099 at year-end. After each carrier's subscription charge clears the refund window, we compute your cut and push it to your Connect account. You see balance and statements in your own Stripe Express dashboard.
Does DispatchDeck undercut me on price?
No. The published price is $150/mo flat. We don't offer secret pricing to partner-managed carriers. Your value-add — audit prep, FMCSA filings, strategy — is yours to charge for separately.
