Do drivers need to download an app?
Nope. Drivers open a link in their phone's browser and log in with a code. No app store, no updates, no storage issues. Works on any phone.
How does Driver Code login work?
Each driver gets a simple code based on their name and phone number. They enter it on the Job Board page to see only their assigned jobs, addresses, and notes. You can also set up Access PINs for office staff to control who sees what.
Can I import my data from a spreadsheet?
Yes. You can bulk-import people, vehicles, and trailers from a CSV or spreadsheet. There's also a Smart Import tool that reads pasted text and fills things in automatically.
What does "Up to 50 vehicles" mean?
Every plan covers up to 50 active vehicles (trucks, trailers, or both). If your fleet is larger, you can add another 50-vehicle block for $25/mo. There's no limit on the number of drivers or users.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings whenever you want — your data stays available through the end of your billing period.
